Find out what the screening involves and what to expect from the experience.
Screening session
The Certified Academic Language Therapist will utilize the latest, norm-referenced assessments to evaluate for common characteristics and underlying causes associated with dyslexia. The average appointment time ranges between two to three hours.
Written Report
After the assessments are completed, a detailed summary of the standardized scores and the therapist's interpretation of all data gathered will be provided.
Parent Meeting
At the parent meeting, the dyslexia therapist will review the report and provide a summation with further recommendations.
